Distribution: Occurring east of the Cascades crest in eastern Washington, where known from a historic (1899) population on Mt. Adams. Washington to California, east to Idaho and Nevada.

Habitat: Open, rocky slopes at low to moderate elevations.

Flowers: April-June

Conservation Status: Not of concern
